When you apply for a merchant account with us, more detailed information will be requested, including but not limited to social security number, tax identification number, and banking information. As part of the application process, we may also obtain information about you from Third-Parties such as credit bureaus and identity verification services. This information is used solely to evaluate your account request.
To create relationships with partners and vendors, we may collect your information if you represent one of these business partners.

In connection with our business partnerships, and in order to evaluate a merchant account application, we will occasionally collect employment and educational information such as a resume from you.

Identifiers, Characteristics of Protected Classifications, Professional and Educational information may be shared with Third-Parties to provide you with a merchant account or other related services. Tiger Payment Solutions may also share your information to comply with laws, regulations, or legal process.
Security and Protection
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
Your Personal Information is encrypted and stored behind our secured network and in addition, is available only to a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep this information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information that you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
