This Privacy Policy applies to Tiger Payment Solutions' website and platform, and all other interactions you may have with Tiger Payment Solutions ("Services"). If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not access or use our website, platform, or any other part of Tiger Payment Solutions' business. We do not use your information for any purposes other than what is stated in this Policy.


Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer Third-Party products or services on our website. These Third-Party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. This Policy does not apply to any Third-Party applications or software that integrates with Tiger Payment Solutions' Services. Please refer to the Third-Party's privacy policy for more information.   • Visiting our website. 

When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, business name, mailing address, and phone number. The information will be used to provide further details on our services and pricing.


  • Applying for a Merchant Account. 

When you apply for a merchant account with us, more detailed information will be requested, including but not limited to social security number, tax identification number, and banking information. As part of the application process, we may also obtain information about you from Third-Parties such as credit bureaus and identity verification services. This information is used solely to evaluate your account request.


  • Other Information. 

To create relationships with partners and vendors, we may collect your information if you represent one of these business partners.

Categories of Personal Information collected include the following types:


  • Identifiers and Customer Records Information. 

We collect information such as name, telephone, address, IP address, social security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank account numbers, employment history, and other similar identifiers to enable us to evaluate account requests, provide services, and conduct due diligence reviews on merchants, vendors, and other partners.


  • Characteristics of Protected Classifications. 

We collect some information which is protected by state and federal law, including the identifiers listed in the section above, as well as birth dates and gender information to enable us to evaluate account requests, provide services, and conduct due diligence reviews on merchants, vendors, and other partners.


  • Professional, Employment, and Education Information. 

In connection with our business partnerships, and in order to evaluate a merchant account application, we will occasionally collect employment and educational information such as a resume from you.


  • Internet or other Network Activity Information. 

The following information may be collected from you while using Tiger Payment Solutions' Services:


  • Cookies.       

Cookies are small files that a site or their service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow), that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture as well as remember certain information. Tiger Payment Solutions does not sell your information. Information used in evaluating an application for a merchant account and other business relationships may be shared with Third-Parties who enable us to evaluate account requests, conduct due diligence reviews, and support the requested services. Identifiers, Characteristics of Protected Classifications, Professional and Educational information may be shared with Third-Parties to provide you with a merchant account or other related services. Tiger Payment Solutions may also share your information to comply with laws, regulations, or legal process.


Security and Protection


Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.


Your Personal Information is encrypted and stored behind our secured network and in addition, is available only to a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep this information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information that you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.


California Privacy Rights

We share this information with the types of Third-Parties outlined in Information We Share. Tiger Payment Solutions does not sell your Personal Information.

We may require government identification for verification of these requests. 


Changes to Privacy Policy


Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy and are able to change their personal information by contacting us. The Policy will be posted on the Tiger Payment Solutions website, and the revised version will be effective at the time posted.


Age Limitations


To the extent possible, we do not allow the use of our Website or Services by anyone under the age of 16. If you learn of anyone under 16 who has accessed our Services or provided Personal Information, please contact us so we may delete this information.

Tiger Payment Solutions cares about keeping your data safe, and in addition to applicable laws and regulations, we comply with the Fair Information Practices. In the event of a data breach, we will take the following responsive actions:
